Hi Frugalistas! Whether you are a new reader or you’ve been following me for a while now, here is the perfect opportunity to catch up with some old posts, or newer ones you missed, with my top 10 posts of 2015 as voted by you.
This is an old post that has had a new lease of life during 2015 when I decided to ramp up my presence on Pinterest. It seems lots of people struggle with what to pack for winter – this post was the absolute run away winner this year.
Everybody loves a little peek into the pointy end of the plane so my airline reviews are always popular. Add in a comparison between two superior Business Class offerings and it’s no wonder this post was popular.
This is another older post that has benefited from Pinterest. With its picture perfect scenery, it’s certainly a very “Pin-able” destination. With so many people writing about the Cinque Terre I’m delighted that readers enjoy mine so much.
I do most of my international travel in spring so I get lots of practice creating spring packing lists.
This is one of very few Australia-specific posts I have on my blog. If you do a Google search there don’t seem to be an awful lot of reviews out there, so Aussie readers lap up my take on the Australia Post Travel SIM.
It seems everyone is curious about packing cubes. I thought they were a gimmick until I tried them. If you don’t have a set I thoroughly recommend them. Australian readers can pick up a set like mine quite easily.
My generic Cinque Terre post is the second of the Cinque Terre to feature in the Top 10. I really must try to get back there soon and see what other treasures I can unearth in this special part of Italy.
Emirates, plus the A380, plus Business Class is a winning combination with me and with readers alike. Not quite as blingy as the A380 First Class, I actually preferred Emirates Business Class to its First Class brother. Read exactly why here.
Two seasons itinerary or unpredictable weather coming up for your next trip? Either way my transeasonal packing list helped a lot of Frugalistas with exactly what to pack for that tricky packing dilemma that is the transeasonal packing list.
This is a really old post. In fact, it’s one of the first posts I ever wrote. The post is a bit embarrassing now. But with a few pretty pictures on Pinterest it has exploded this year into my top 10 posts, and continues to rank well due to its high Google search rank.
Regardless of whether you are a brand new reader, or a long term Frugalista, thank you so much for your ongoing support and engagement during 2015. Bring on 2016!
